Design my wedding contest - Old hollywood glam - Invitations - I will post a more traditional idea for invites but I could not pass this up when I saw it. These are giant lollipops with the invitation details printed on them. They get sent individually to each guest in a large box wrapped in ribbons. Cute!

Colour Palette: Deep Reds, Greens, Browns & Burnt Orange {P.S. - Autumn is a season where you can really play up scarlet red and get away with it!!}
Cake: This four tiered round cake embossed with pearls and completely edible flowers is perfect for fall. For the simpler bride, try removing the flower detail.
Flowers: The image used to demonstrate the palette is the perfect combination of the essential colours of Autumn. Roses, Calla Lilly’s and Hypericum are the main flowers used in Autumn Bouquets. Colourful {right} & Toned down {left)

Favours:One of my favorite ideas for favours are Candy Apples. What season is more appropriate for apples than fall?! For a more traditional favour, check out the maple-leaf bottle stoppers on the {left}
